More than 1 in 3 Minnesota employees in the Metro area earn below-living wages. Together we can support this economically disadvantaged community, but we need your help. Serve as an Opportunity Navigator and help people meet their career goals to become economically stable.
You’ll provide ongoing support to adults in a one-on-one or group setting related to their individualized career and education goals. You will be trained to conduct interest and skills assessments, identify employment goals, and create action plans with clients, while helping them build confidence and skills along the way.
We are currently recruiting for the 2019-20 program year with opportunities beginning in September 2019, November 2019, or January 2020. Your commitment to Opportunity Corps will be 40 hours per week.
